Maintain full compliance with Children''s Homes Regulations and Ofsted SCCIF, ensuring the home operates to the highest regulatory and professional standards. Inspire, support, and develop your team through regular supervision, training, and performance management. Oversee day-to-day operations, including safeguarding, health and safety, and accurate record-keeping. Promote a positive culture centred on openness, inclusivity, diversity, and anti-discriminatory practice.
