Key responsibilities of the Health and Safety Advisor include: Conducting site-based inspections, audits and accident investigations. Supporting site teams and subcontractors with compliance and engagement. Leading proactive initiatives including toolbox talks and safety campaigns. Contributing to continuous improvement and sharing best practice across projects. Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to promote a positive culture.
