Support Worker (Young Adults) Wirral Days and Nights Available We are recruiting for Support Workers to join a specialist service supporting young adults aged 18-25. The Role: Provide person-centred support to young adults aged 18-25. Support with daily living skills, education, employment, and independent living. Encourage positive routines, wellbeing, and personal development. Promote safeguarding, independence, and positive decision-making. Maintain accurate records and work closely with the wider support team. What We''re Looking For: Experience supporting young people or vulnerable adults is desirable. A caring, resilient, and proactive approach. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Understanding of safeguarding and person-centred support.
