The successful candidate will build strong relationships across the business, provide trusted HR guidance, and contribute to a supportive, inclusive, and high-performance culture. Suited to candidates who are immediately available or have short notice periods. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with leaders to maximise organisational performance through effective people practices - Provide expert guidance on policy, compliance, employment legislation and HR best practice - Support leaders across performance management, probation, conduct, capability, wellbeing, onboarding and engagement - Advise employees on benefits, policies and procedures - Lead on benefits and reward administration (flexible benefits, bonus scheme, salary reviews) - Maintain accurate job descriptions and person specifications - Support absence management and recruitment activity where required - Contribute to LandD initiatives and strategy Essential Criteria: - Significant experience in HR/People Operations at advisory level - Strong knowledge of HR policy, emp
