HSE Advisor (East Midlands)

Location: Cambridgeshire
Salary: Up to -45,000 + Car Allowance or Car + Bonus + Package
Working Pattern: Hybrid / Regional Travel

An established Construction / M&E instillation organisation is looking to recruit a Regional HSE Advisor to join its experienced Health & Safety team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with practical experience across construction, M&E or facilities management who wants to take the next step in their Health & Safety career. You don''t need to be Chartered, but you should have relevant H&S experience and be keen to continue developing professionally.

The business has an established seven-person Health & Safety team, including four Chartered safety professionals and team members currently progressing through their development pathways.

The Role

You''ll work across a large regional portfolio, providing practical Health & Safety support and advice to operational teams. The position offers plenty of autonomy and a good balance between site, office and home working.

What We''re Looking For

• Diploma level H&S qualification or studying towards
• Practical Health & Safety experience
• Experience within Construction, FM or M&E
• Experience working around operational or site-based environments
• Confidence working autonomously across multiple locations
• A practical, hands-on approach to Health & Safety
