Murray McIntosh are currently seeking Mechanical Technicians to work for a client of ours on a contract basis as detailed below:This role is not due to start until Feb 2026, but we are open to interviewing before then and lining people up in advance to get started.Responsibilities:Previous mechanical technician, mechanical fitting or mechanical assembly experienceExperience in sub assembly and full build, testing, installation and commissioning of complex systemsPrevious clean room environment experience preferredFamiliarity with helium leak detection systems advantageous Able to work to engineering drawings, diagrams and specificationsPrevious experience working in an research and development environment would be preffered Familiar with a wide array of tools and equipment
