Senior Real Estate Lawyer Job Type: Full-time Location: Bristol Salary: Competitive This Senior Real Estate Lawyer opportunity is ideal for a qualified lawyer with strong property experience and a genuine interest in the energy and natural resources sector. Joining a nationally recognised legal team, you will work on high-value, high-profile matters for clients involved in renewable energy, infrastructure and wider commercial property projects. Day-to-day of the role Advise on a broad range of property matters with a focus on energy and natural resources. Support land options and property arrangements for wind, solar, battery storage and hydrogen developments. Handle acquisitions, disposals, development projects, landlord and tenant matters, asset management and portfolio management work. Assist on the real estate aspects of major energy infrastructure projects, including renewable generation and mainstream power and pipeline matters. Draft, review and negotiate legal documents, providing practical and commercially minded advice. Work closely with colleagues across a wider national real estate team on complex transactions. Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular contact and trusted advisory support. Contribute to business development through client events, articles and other marketing activity.
