This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified mechanical professional looking for long-term career stability within a complex and technically demanding building services environment. The role is looking for a mechanically biased engineer with strong hands-on experience in the overhaul and maintenance of rotating equipment, particularly pumps and motors. Key responsibilities include replacing mechanical seals and bearings, carrying out pump repairs, fault-finding, and helping to improve equipment reliability across the estate. Working as part of a multi-skilled maintenance team, you will be responsible for delivering both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a diverse estate, ensuring critical mechanical infrastructure remains safe, compliant and fully operational.
