Role Overview
As the Operational Leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the strategic workforce initiatives. You will be responsible for aligning operational capabilities with business goals, optimizing resource planning, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality consulting services.Key Responsibilities

Proven experience in operational leadership within a consulting or professional services environment.Strong strategic thinking and planning capabilities.Expertise in workforce management, resource planning, and operational delivery.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence at all levels.
