Global Process Owner (R2R) - Role DescriptionMy client, a leading international services group, based in Central London, is seeking to hire a Global Process Owner for Record to Report (R2R). This role is responsible for defining and leading the global Record-to-Report strategy, operating model, governance and transformation agenda across the business. This is a senior finance leadership role focused on driving standardisation, automation, financial control and process excellence while ensuring a scalable, best-in-class R2R function.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the end-to-end global Record-to-Report process, governance framework and operating model.Lead the global R2R transformation roadmap, driving standardisation, automation and continuous improvement across all markets.Establish global process standards, controls, policies and KPIs, ensuring compliance and consistent execution.Drive improvements across month-end close, consolidation, intercompany, journal management, fixed assets, financial reporting and master data.Act as the design authority for R2R within ERP and finance transformation programmes.Partner with Finance, Technology, Shared Services and regional teams to align R2R processes with business strategy.Drive the adoption of best practice, automation and digital solutions to improve efficiency, accuracy and control.Use data and performance analytics to identify process improvement opportunities and monitor global performance.Influence senior stakeholders globally, ..... full job details .....
