Site Engineer Bridgwater, Somerset Permanent Summary We are recruiting a number of experienced Site Engineers to join our team based in Bridgwater on the Agratas project. In this role you will support in delivery of our scope of works across the site and effectively monitor the safety performance, resource deployment and productivity of all activities within designated areas. This is a permanent staff position with NG Bailey and will be full time, site based in Bridgwater. Responsibilities Drive all site activities to ensure that the safety first and foremost message is visible and alive throughout all activities relating to the project or designated area of control.Provide the workforce with optimum opportunity to perform to the highest level through the effective use of planning, organisational and motivational skills.Ensure effective visibility of supervision at work areas from the start of each shift and throughout the working day.Be a key member of the project leadership team, demonstrating gravitas and authority in the carrying out of your duties.Review the project scope of works, including installation methods, to ensure the precise provision of the customer''s requirements, whilst maximising efficiency and profitability.Contribute to the production of and lead the delivery of the project programme, carrying out associated duties in accordance with the Supervisor Responsibility Matrix.Working with the wider project team, ensure effective management of programme and co
