You will play a key role in helping create a positive, safe and nurturing learning environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide 1:1 and small-group support to students with SEMH needs.Build positive and professional relationships with pupils, acting as a role model and mentor.Support students in managing behaviours and emotions using positive behaviour strategies.Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and differentiated learning activities.Encourage student engagement, attendance and participation in school life.Support the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and behaviour support plans.Work collaboratively with teaching staff, pastoral teams and external professionals.Promote safeguarding, wellbeing and inclusion at all times.RequirementsExperience working with children ..... full job details .....
