Working directly alongside two Defect Managers, you will handle administration, operational coordination, and data management for reactive and planned maintenance tasks.This is a fast-paced, customer-focused role dedicated to processing information around network issues (e.g., drainage, foliage, road damage) to keep traffic moving safely.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational and Administrative SupportGenerate work orders, site instructions, and operational documentation for reactive maintenance teams.Order stock, tools, equipment, and PPE in coordination with supply chain procurement teams.Provide holiday and sickness coverage to maintain operational continuity across the defect management unit.Organize agendas, take meeting minutes, and track action points for team and leadership meetings.Data and Systems ManagementAccurately capture, input, and update routine maintenance data for day and night works.Manage entries across internal maintenance ..... full job details .....
