You will work with residents from a wide range of backgrounds, including young people and vulnerable adults with complex needs.Key responsibilities include: Safeguarding residents by monitoring access to buildings, patrolling properties and monitoring CCTVIdentifying safeguarding risks and taking appropriate action, including liaising with managers and emergency servicesWorking within services accommodating residents with mental health needs, complex needs and challenging or anti-social behaviour (including lone working)Producing detailed writ
