Eventus Recruitment is seeking an experienced Conveyancer with at least five years of fee earning experience being fully responsible for case files to join an established law firm based in Storrington, West Sussex. Role ResponsibilitiesThe successful Conveyancer will be based in the Storrington, West Sussex office and be responsible for managing a caseload of residential property matters from inception to completion with minimal supervision. You will join a supportive team with strong paralegal and administrative support.The daily job duties include:Managing your own caseload of sales, purchases, freehold, and leasehold transactions Working on shared ownership, right to buy, lease extensions, auctions, unregistered land, transfers of equity, and remortgagesAdvising clients and producing legal documents throughout the transaction lifecycleLiaising with clients, third parties, and relevant organisations to progress mattersMaintaining accurate records and compliance with regulatory requirementsContributing to the team''s billing and financial performanceSupporting the wider team with mentoring, supervision, and best practicePerson SpecificationThe successful Conveyancer wil
