Responsibilities and dutiesReporting to the Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for:Fault finding and maintaining mechanical assets including steam boilers, pumps, gearboxes, valves, hydraulics, pneumatics, compressed air systems, etc.Working in line with maintenance techniques and best practicesTo ensure compliance with the pressure regulations and lifting gear inspection requirementsAssisting in plant developments and projectsSupervising and setting to work on site contractorsMaintaining accurate maintenance records on the site Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS)Assist in outage planning, scheduling and coordinationTo ensure the availability of plant sparesProfessional qualificationsWe are looking for someone with the following:Ideally have an NVQ Level 3 qualification in a relevant engineering discipline such as Mechanical EngineeringA health and safety qualification such as an IO
