Search Consultancy is looking for experienced Kitchen Porters to join the team on temporary roles in the Hospitality industry across varied catering sectors such as: Education, Hotels, Restaurants, Bars, Venues and Hospitals within Manchester. Duties and Responsibilities: Washing, peeling and preparing food ingredients Dishwasher usageCleaning kitchen appliances, ovens, dishes and pansBarista or coffee machine experience Serve customers and use till with some cash handlingYou will assist the kitchen team in the preparation of a mixture of hot and cold sandwiches, salads etc. You will also be in charge of counter service and customer serviceSkills and Qualifications:You MUST have a minimum of 6 months of UK full time experience in a busy catering facility and be able to work full time hoursBasic knowledge of table serviceBasic knowledge of kitchen hygiene and safety standards Attention to detail and interpersonal skills!
