Acquisition and DeploymentConduct research on computer products in support of PC procurement and any other hardware peripherals. Evaluate and recommend hardware products for purchase.Recommend, schedule, and perform PC, hardware and peripheral equipment improvements, upgrades, and repairs.Install, configure, test, maintain, end user workstation hardware.Perform analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of hardware related problems for a variety of end users, and recommend and implement corrective solutions.Receive and respond to incoming support tickets regarding PC and/or hardware problems.Maintain and improve existing inventory and assets numbers of all printers, scanners, PC’s, Laptops and other peripheral equipment.Construct, install, and test customized configurations based on various platforms and operating systems.If necessary, liaise with third-party support and PC equipment vendors.
