ServiceNow Workflows: Designing and implementing Flow Designer and Legacy Workflow Editor. Service Portal Development: Custom widgets, pages, and themes. Data Management: Import Sets, Transform Maps, and Data Policies. Configuration Management: Working with CMDB and Discovery.
