The right Teaching Assistant will be working one-to-one with a pupil, who is currently displaying the following needs:- Autism- Challenging and disruptive behaviour- Verbally and occasionally physically aggressiveYour new roleDue to the nature of this position, the school requires a Teaching Assistant with a strong background in supporting pupils with ASD (Autism) or those with challenging behaviours. The school will consider applications from Psychology graduates with placement experience in ASD settings. It is important that you have a calm but firm and stable approach when working with pupils.The school is based in Manchester and is a larger-than-average 2 form entry Primary School.
