Head of TreasurySalary: 100,611 per annumContract: 11-month fixed-term contract, maternity coverLocation: Hemel HempsteadAbout the RoleThis is a pivotal role within our Finance Senior Leadership Team, offering the opportunity to influence strategic decision-making across the organisation.You will lead our treasury and business planning functions, overseeing a substantial loan portfolio, managing lender and investor relationships, ensuring effective cash and liquidity management, and leading the development of our treasury strategy. You will also take responsibility for the production and ongoing development of Hightown''s 30-year financial business plan, including sensitivity analysis, stress testing and financial modelling to support informed decision-making by the Executive Team and Board.Key responsibilities include:Leading treasury management activities, including loans, capital borrowings, covenant compliance and liquidity management.Managing relationships with banks, investors and external treasury advisers.Overseeing the production of treasury reports for senior leadership, Board and committee meetings.Leading the delivery of Hightown''s annual Treasury and Funding Strategy.Managing the production and ongoing review of the Association''s 30-year business plan.Developing detailed scenario modelling and stress testing to assess financial resilience and support strategic planning.Leading and developing the Treasury Operations Manager and Business Planning Lead whilst ..... full job details .....
