The successful candidate will split their time between office work, site visits, and home-based tasks.Key Responsibilities:- Manage and deliver fit-out and refurbishment projects from inception to completion, ensuring all deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, compliance, and health and safety practices.- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure smooth communication and project execution.- Develop detailed project plans, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies.- Oversee procurement and resource allocation for projects.Requirements:- Proven experience in managing projects within the food retail and general retail sectors.- Training certifications including SMSTS, CSCS Gold or Black Card, and First Aid.- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.- Ability to handle multiple projects with varied scales and scopes.- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.- 4+ years at Project Manager levelThis is an excellent opportunity to join
