The role supports customer deliveries and collections across the UK, Ireland, Europe and occasional exports.Role overviewCommunicate with customers and third party carriers to arrange deliveries and collectionsMaintain accurate delivery calendars and internal spreadsheetsAssist with driver scheduling and use tracking software to optimise routesCoordinate shipments via pallets, parcels, and vans using online portalsSupport export bookings and manage related documentationManage deliveries, returns, and collections efficientlyCollaborate closely with warehouse, workshop, and sales teamsProvide customers with timely delivery updatesAbout youExperience in dispatch, transport admin or logistics is preferredSome knowledge of export processes is desirableStrong customer service and communication skillsConfident using booking portals and internal systemsOrganised, accurate and able to manage multiple tasks
