This is a full-time position to work on an ongoing contract. Reporting to the Senior Bids and Proposal Manager, the primary purpose of the Bid Manager is to manage and coordinate the preparation and timely and successful submission of complex bids and proposals to maximise order intake. The Bid and Proposals Manager will be proficient in digesting and communicating detailed customer requirements, through the business to the Subject Matter Experts (SME s) who will support the Bid Manager in preparing a clearly defined, technically compliant and competitively priced proposal. The Bid and Proposal Manager will be the focal point for the opportunity and will provide bid management direction to the cross-geographical Integrated Campaign Team (ICT). Working closely with the Campaign Manager to set the bid strategy by understanding the customer s operational requirements, Win Themes and Pricing To Win. As a crucial part of the International Campaigns Department, you will be required to manage bids for both foreign and domestic customers.
