This vetting isRequired to allow unescorted access on site.The RoleAs a Fabric Technician, you will be responsible for the effective delivery of both reactive and planned maintenance across the site, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to agreed timescales.Key duties will include: Responding to reactive maintenance tasks and completing them within agreed timescalesCarrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and minor project workRepairing and replacing floor and wall coverings, ceiling tiles, and other building fabric as requiredSupporting lighting maintenance, including general lamp changes, as well as basic plumbing tasks and filter changesConducting site surveys and producing reports, method statements and risk assessments for planned worksUsing a PDA system to receive jobs, update progress and complete all required documentationLiaising with client representatives to ensure clear communication and excellent customer serviceEnsuring all work is carried out safely and
