The Role As a Credit Hire Claims Handler, you will manage credit hire claims from the initial stages through to resolution, ensuring claims are handled efficiently and in line with business objectives. Key responsibilities will include: Managing credit hire claims from inception through to settlement. Liaising with insurers, solicitors, customers and other relevant parties. Maximising third-party capture and identifying opportunities to secure credit hire. Negotiating settlements and progressing claims efficiently. Maintaining accurate claims records and ensuring all relevant documentation is up to date.
