• Job Title: Support Workers

• Pay: £15.60 weekdays, £17.68 weekends, £16.64 weekday on-call nights, £18.20 weekend on-call nights (gross per hour)

• Location: Brentwood, Essex, CM14

• Start Date: As soon as possible

• Hours and Days of Work: Term-time mornings, afternoons, Sundays, school holidays and on-call nights. Various shifts available; Please refer to the full job advert for details. 

• Essential Experience: Experience working with children or young people and supporting behaviour that may challenge. Experience with alternative communication or a willingness to learn.

• Desirable: Experience supporting young people with cerebral palsy, autism or complex care needs.

• Driver Required: Highly preferable; adapted automatic vehicle available on duty.

• Family Pets: Small, friendly dog.

• Accommodation / Facilities: Dedicated staff room, toilet, shower and kitchenette.
