We''re looking for a Lead DevOps Engineer to join our team in London, UK in a hybrid working mode. In this role, you will support mission-critical derivatives trading systems and Real Time market data platforms, ensuring high availability, resilience and compliance with industry regulations. You will work closely with global partners, trading desks and engineering teams to implement best-in-class deployment practices, optimize performance and enhance overall reliability across complex trading environments. Responsibilities Ensure proactive management of workflows and system reliability for global trading environments Design and implement best practices for application deployment, monitoring and observability Support and troubleshoot production issues in Real Time, providing rapid incident resolution Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Front Office environments to improve release efficiency Collaborate with traders, developers and infrastructure teams to ensure system scalability and performance Lead integration and performance testing strategies for low-latency trading platforms Optimize processes for compliance and audit readiness, including regulatory standards (RTS6) Provide subject matter expertise for FIX connectivity, market data distribution and vendor integrations Drive continuous improvement and technical initiatives to reduce operational risks and technical debt Participate in on-call rotation for global trading infrastructure support Requirements Minimum ..... full job details .....
