You will be responsible for participating in HACCP meetings, approving manufacturing orders and resolving any questions or queries related to this.You will support the quality department with updating and reviewing product documentation, labelling, specifications and packaging including COA, SDS, allergens, GMO and animal feed. The food quality technologist will also be responsible for the continuous improvement of the QMS and participate in projects identified by the business to further this.Ideal candidate:Highly desirable: Mandarin speakingStrong knowledge of Quality/Technical Requirements and food industry standards including HACCP, BRC Food, Agents and Brokers. 3+ years'' experience in a quality or technical role in RandD role in the food or ingredients industry. Experience in auditing suppliers and resolving non-conformances or complaints.Desirable experience working with retail online specification systemsUnderstanding of food legislation/labelling is essential.Benef
