Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are currently supporting a key client who are looking to add not one but two Senior Quantity Surveyors to their Glasgow team.

They are working on a huge variety of projects ranging from Hotels, Student Accommodation, Healthcare, Logistics, High End Retail and Leisure projects to name but a few with the largest project being a whopping -200m regeneration project.

Requirements of the Senior Quantity Surveyor:

• Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS)
• Providing procurement & Strategy advice along with prequalification and tender analysis
• Experienced in cost planning, value engineering, billing, preparing tenders, feasibility studies
• Client facing
• Solid knowledge of both JCT and NEC forms of contract

Prior experience of working within a UK construction consultancy is essential

On offer for the Senior Quantity Surveyor:

• This position offers excellent pay of up to -65,000 and fantastic project exposure.
