The school is seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate Reception Teacher to join their dedicated team and make a lasting impact during this crucial phase of learning.

This is a full-time, long-term position ideal for Early Career Teachers (ECTs) looking to begin their journey in a supportive settingandmdash;or experienced Early Years educators who want to make a real difference from day one.

About the Role:

As a Reception Teacher, youandrsquo;ll be responsible for delivering an engaging, play-based curriculum that supports early academic skills and encourages emotional wellbeing. Youandrsquo;ll guide young learners through those all-important first steps in education, helping them grow in confidence, curiosity, and independence.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Delivering the EYFS curriculum with creativity and care
• Building warm, trusting relationships with children and families
• Supporting each childandrsquo;s individual progress through continuous assessment and personalised learning
• Encouraging language development, emotional expression, and social skills
• Creating a positive, inclusive classroom that inspires a love of learning
• Collaborating closely with a supportive team of staff and leadership

Weandrsquo;re Looking For Someone Who:

• Holds QTS and has a solid understanding of the EYFS framework
• Brings a genuine passion for Early Years education and child development
• Understands the importance of early interventions and personalised learning
• Can work collaboratively and communicate effectively with parents and colleagues
• Holds (or is willing to obtain) an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
