They are looking for a proactive Project Engineer to join their engineering team and take responsibility for delivering a varied portfolio of capital and improvement projects.This is a hands-on project engineering role where you''ll have the opportunity to influence safety, reliability, capacity and continuous improvement, whilst managing projects from relatively small investments through to potentially £1m+ programmes.You''ll work closely with wider teams, giving you genuine ownership and visibility across the business.As the Project Engineer you will be:Managing multiple engineering and capital projects simultaneously, from concept through to completionDeveloping project plans, budgets, schedules and risk registersPreparing capital expenditure proposals and supporting ROI/business case calculationsObtaining and evaluating supplier and contractor quotationsManaging contractors, suppliers and external engineering partnersMonitoring project costs, timescales and progress against agreed plansProviding regular project updates to key stakeholdersSupporting procurement and installation of new equipment and servicesManaging commissioning, ..... full job details .....
