Senior Maintenance Contracts Manager £45,000 + Car Allowance Wigan Monday to Friday 8.00am - 4.00pm, PermanentKPI Recruiting is working with a well-established business based in the Wigan area who are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Maintenance Contracts Manager on a full-time, permanent basis. Key Responsibilities Take overall responsibility for the successful delivery and performance of multiple maintenance contracts across a range of client sites. Manage existing planned and reactive maintenance contracts, ensuring all service level agreements (SLAs), KPIs and contractual obligations are consistently achieved. Oversee the coordination and delivery of maintenance works, including scheduling engineers, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure efficient service delivery. Maintain and develop existing client relationships, acting as the senior point of contact for key accounts. Conduct regular client meetings and site visits to review performance, identify requirements and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through additional works, contract renewals, variations and upselling services. Proactively generate new business opportunities and develop relationships with prospective clients to expand the maintenance portfolio. Prepare accurate estimates, quotations and costings for reactive maintenance, planned works and small construction projects.
