Finance Manager Up to 55,000 Depending on Experience Full-time Permanent Office based Northamptonshire Rise10 Recruitment are working with a growing and established business to recruit an experienced Finance Manager to take ownership of the end-to-end finance function. This is a broad, hands-on position suited to a qualified accountant or an experienced QBE professional who is comfortable operating across transactional finance, management accounts, cashflow, tax compliance and statutory reporting. You will be supported by a small transactional finance team but will retain overall responsibility for ensuring the finance function is accurate, well controlled and providing reliable information to senior management. The Role As Finance Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day finance function while providing clear financial insight to the wider business. You will play a key role in maintaining strong financial controls, managing working capital and supporting business planning and decision-making.
