Key Responsibilities Deliver safe, evidence-based, and person-centred nursing care to patients with neurological and complex needs. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans, ensuring high standards are maintained at all times. Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation in line with NMC and organisational standards. Support and mentor junior colleagues and student nurses, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. Contribute to the ongoing improvement of clinical practices through audit, training, and reflective practice. Promote a positive and inclusive environment that upholds dignity, respect, and patient choice.
