The role: Due to significant growth this business has a requirement for a technically minded Architectural Assistant, Technician or Technologist with excellent 3D Visualisation skills to work in the pre-construction design team. You should be a high energy individual looking to develop your career with an entrepreneurial organisation. Requirements: Excellent 3D Visualisation ability Strong technical knowledge of latest building technology, planning and building regs Ability to produce feasibility, planning and working drawings. Working knowledge of Revit and BIM including modelling and BIM strategy. Experience of working on accommodation based projects up to value of 8M would be beneficial.
