The role will require some travel to other sites in London and CreweDescriptionThe role of Assistant HR Business Partner will report to the Head of Workforce Development and support with a range of tasks including but not limited to:Gathering, interpreting, analysing and presenting HR/OD data in a concise and comprehensive manner.Undertaking research and analysis to support the development of new strategies and action plansKeeping up to date information on development of new practices and trends in the HR environment (termsand conditions, new roles, pay practices and engagement activities)Building, organising and maintaining a library of HR/OD documentation including role profiles for futureoperations, job families, terms and conditions, HR policiesResponsible for continuous improvement/innovation regarding development of HR practicesOrganising and facilitating engagement events with a wide range of colleagues - Helping to set up workshops, working groups and presenting on t
