Materials Solutions are looking to recruit a Manufacturing Engineer to join the team here at MSL as part of the Engineering team at Materials Solutions, Worcester, in this role you will play an important part defining methods for our manufacturing process at our additive manufacturing business.How You''ll Make an Impact:Create techniques, SOPs, work instructions and processes to ensure quality standards are achieved.Work with technical and operational personnel on new product development and processes.Uphold the adherence to health and safety requirements.Contributing to problem solving issues that arise in manufacturing. Experience with problem solving tools would be beneficial.Support resolutions of daily production issues that arise and continuous improvement.Your responsibilities:Support completion of quotation packages providing information relating to resource planning.Understand customer requirements for new projects and summarise to ensure flow down within MSL is understood.Creation of part specific manufacturing instructions/programs for processes. g: CNC Milling, CNC Turning, wEDM, Grinding.Support in the creation of tooling/fixturing to support all processes/projects across the site. g: CNC Mill/Turning, de-powdering, airflow, inspection, etc.Training of operational workforce to ensure compliance to released programs and techniques.Co-ordination where required of sub contract fixture creation.Support and create documents for flow down of technical information requi
