This multi-year programme focuses on maintaining and upgrading critical infrastructure, offering strong stability and long-term continuity. The position is based in the West Sussex area, operating on a hybrid working model. Your new roleAs a Managing Quantity Surveyor, you will lead the commercial function across a portfolio of infrastructure projects within a regulated environment. You will take overall responsibility for cost management, commercial performance, and financial control, ensuring projects are delivered in line with budget and contractual requirements.You will also be responsible for managing and developing a team of 5 Quantity Surveyors / Junior QSs, providing leadership, direction, and oversight to ensure high standards of delivery across the commercial team.This role is offered on an initial contract basis (inside IR35), with a clear pathway into a longer-term or permanent position following an initial period.
