Hyde is looking to recruit a Multi Trade Operative. This role is based out of our Tower Hamlets office, with properties covered in North and Northwest London. A willingness to travel is required. We offer a competitive package up to £36,000 and a fantastic benefits scheme.Responsibilities

Conduct carpentry tasks, including constructing, installing, and repairing wooden structures.Perform plumbing repairs and maintenance of plumbing systems.Address general maintenance issues, including plastering, tiling, and other related tasks.Collaborate with other maintenance professionals to complete comprehensive property projects.Ensure adherence to safety protocols and guidelines.Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.Provide excellent customer service to customers.Qualifications and Skills

Proven experience in multiple trades, including carpentry, plumbing, plastering, and general maintenance.Proficiency in using a variety of hand and power tools.Knowledge of trade-specific techniques, materials, and safety protocols.Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.Strong problem-solving and communication skills.Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labour.Experience working in social housing is desirable.Valid driver’s licence.Benefits
