Salary: -1,0001,450 per week (dependent on experience and responsibilities)
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm

About the role:

• Deliver high-quality, tailored English teaching to post-16 students, including Functional Skills, Entry Level and GCSE pathways where appropriate
• Plan and differentiate engaging lessons to meet EHCP outcomes and Preparing for Adulthood goals
• Work closely with the SENCO, support staff and parents/carers to provide a consistent and holistic approach

What We''re Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience teaching in an SEN setting (or strong SEN knowledge within a mainstream or post-16 environment)
• A calm, empathetic, and resilient approach to classroom management
• Passion for inclusive education and a commitment to nurturing every young person''s progress

To be eligible you must:

• Hold Right to Work in the UK
• Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service OR be willing to process a new application
• Provide two professional child related references
