Our client North Yorkshire Council is looking for a Children''s Home Manager to help support children and families.Job context Hold a final level professional qualification e.g., Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare, DIPSW, BA (Hons) Social Work or equivalent.To be able to participate in a out of hours Stand-by manager rotaDetailed knowledge of Children''s Home Regulations and Quality Standards 2015 and Safeguarding frameworks.Knowledge of the legal framework for working with children and families.Effectively deliver on and review the Home''s Statement of Purpose.As the Ofsted Registered Manager, they will be accountable for regulatory compliance, quality assurance, safeguarding and the effective management of staff, resources and partnerships.
