This can change based on business need and events etc. Essential Criteria:Education/Training At least 3 years'' management experience in a governance/compliance environment.and Hold or successfully obtain the IRCA Certified Lead Auditorfor ISO 9001/ISO 14001 or ISO 45001 within six months ofappointment as determined by CCEA. CCEA will provide the training and will offer one opportunity to resit the qualification, to be achievedwithin the first 11 months of employment. ExperienceExperience of dealing with complex issues to reach a resolution forinternal and/or external customers.Experience of managing and developing staff effectively.Experience of overseeing compliance with ISO standards anddriving improvement.Experience of developing and implementing policies and/orprocedures.Experience of auditing processes and procedures to ensurecontinuous improvement.Skills/Expertise Demonstrable analytical and problem-solving skills.
