Developing innovative powertrain systems for world-class automotive brands and leading their journey from prototype to production. Covering four areas;1) Concept and Feasibility2) Prototype Development and Validation3) Pre-Production and Industrialisation4) Production Launch and Continuous ImprovementThe minutia of the role includes; CAD concepts/designs using CATIA Provide early design and manufacturing input to assess feasibility, cost, and capability Design FMEA and Manufacturing Feasibility Create detailed CAD models and drawings for prototype manufacture Plan and manage prototype builds Review first-off parts
