About the Company
A forward-thinking, multi-disciplinary Construction and Real Estate consultancy based in London are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their team. About the Role
Our client is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to work closely with project teams and clients, supporting projects through pre- and post-contract stages. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for:

• Preparing cost estimates, budgets, and cost plans across a variety of projects
• Managing tender processes, procurement, and contract administration
• Preparing, negotiating, and analysing costs for tenders and contracts
• Monitoring project costs and valuations, ensuring financial control throughout delivery
• Supporting clients in achieving value for money while maintaining quality standards
• Preparing interim and final accounts
• Working closely with senior colleagues and supporting junior team members where appropriate

About the Requirements

• Degree qualified (or working towards) in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
• Working towards MRICS or eager to complete APC (full support provided)
• Previous experience within a consultancy environment is preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cost management skills
• Experience within the Commercial sector (fit out experience advantageous)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build client relationships
• Proactive attitude, with responsibility for delivering high-quality outputs

About the Salary
Salary is negotiable depending on experience, up to -55,000. Additional benefits include:
