An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Office Manager to join a long-established and highly respected professional services organisation with multiple offices across the Teesside area. Your responsibilities will include: Leading all aspects of HR, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training and staff development Managing the day-to-day operations of multiple office locations Overseeing office management, facilities, supplier relationships and service providers, including IT and telecommunications Developing and improving operational systems, processes and administrative functions Supporting compliance, governance and risk management activities Working closely with senior leadership to drive continuous improvement and business performance The successful candidate will have: A degree or equivalent professional qualification A legal background or previous experience working within a law firm or legal environment Strong knowledge of HR practices, compliance and operational management The ability to manage multiple priorities across several office locations A solutions-focused approach with excellent problem-solving abilities A professional, confident and approachable management style What''s on Offer Salary of £40,000-£50,000 depending on experience 35-hour working week. 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays Birthday leave Additional leave over the Christmas period Healthcare package Employee discount scheme ..... full job details .....
