Our client is a leading UK-based construction company specialising in Groundwork and Civil Engineering. Our client has a turnover of over £100 million per annum with project values varied from £5m - £10m.  Our client's expertise spans a wide range of Infrastructure, commercial and residential projects.

About the opportunity

This opportunity would suit a candidate that has previous experience within Residential Groundworks and Infrastructure. The client that I am representing I have worked closely with for over 5 years – I put this client within my top 5 contractors across the whole of the U.K.

Roles and responsibilities include:

• Managing your team on your section of the site
• Allocating tasks and responsibilities to team members
• Maintaining team morale and productivity
• Ensuring all work is carried out to the required standards.
• Implementing and enforcing health and safety regulations.

About the requirements

• 5+ years of experience in working as a Foreman or Site Manager
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous experience working with a Groundwork or Civil Engineering contractor

About the benefits and rewards

A salary of £60,000 - £70,000 + company vehicle and fuel card is on offer for this position
