Responsibilities: Be the first point of contact for customers via phone and email, delivering a professional and friendly service. Take ownership of customer enquiries, resolving issues efficiently and ensuring every interaction ends with a positive outcome. Manage engineers'' diaries and installation schedules using an electronic booking system. Accurately update customer information and job details across scheduling and account management systems. Liaise with internal departments to ensure engineers have everything they need to complete installations successfully. Identify process improvements and help drive operational efficiency while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction. What we''re looking for: Previous experience in a Customer Service or Call Centre environment. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. A confident and professional telephone manner. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask. Experience using Zendesk, FSM, or similar CRM/scheduling systems is desirable but not essential. This ..... full job details .....
