This pivotal role involves preparing accurate bid proposals, assessing project costs, and coordinating tender submissions for a variety of building and equipment delivery projects, with a strong emphasis on mechanical sectors including piping, plant, HVAC, and building services. The successful candidate will work closely with the sales and operations teams to shape competitive, compelling bids that meet client specifications and internal budget requirements. Your responsibilities will include analysing project specifications, obtaining and evaluating quotations from suppliers and subcontractors, and managing cost assessments throughout the project lifecycle.
