You''ll be involved from pre-construction through to final accounts, working closely with the wider project and site teams.What You Will Be Doing:Preparing and managing project budgets, valuations, and cost reportsProcuring and managing subcontractor packages, including tender analysisAssisting with feasibility studies, cost planning and value engineering exercisesManaging and tracking variations, change orders, and site instructionsCarrying out monthly valuations and cost forecastingEnsuring compliance with contractual terms and conditionsLiaising closely with the site and technical teams to manage cost and riskSupporting with the preparation of final accounts
